Is it the one in the photos?
For almost every product, yes: the photos show the design we ship. Where we are still confirming the exact version with the maker, the product page says so. Each product page lists the size and what's in the box; anything marked "to confirm" is checked on the first batch.
What does pre-order mean?
The item ships later, in the window shown on the product page (usually 3–5 weeks). You reserve it now so you are in the next batch.
When am I charged?
At checkout. If you cancel before it ships, you get a full refund. Until the customs answer below says otherwise, import VAT or fees may be charged on delivery.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before it ships, free. Reply to your order confirmation email.
Where do you ship?
To the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the EU. Checkout shows the shipping cost for your country before you pay. Pre-orders arrive about 7–14 days after they ship. Details on the shipping and pre-orders page.
Do I pay customs or import fees?
Pre-orders ship from our supplier, usually from outside the EU. We are confirming whether import VAT and duty are prepaid. Until this answer says otherwise, they may be charged on delivery.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Use the withdrawal form or write to us through the contact page, and we tell you where to send it.
The item in a room photo looks different from the product photo.
Room photos are styled and lit for mood, and some are visualisations. The description lists the size, the colour and what's in the box.
How do I reach you?
Through the contact page. We answer within 2 business days.
